This study explores the impact of sports and socio-cultural programs on employee satisfaction, performance, and overall well-being among employees of NIA-UPRIIS Division VI. Following the resumption of the annual Sports Festival after the COVID-19 pandemic, the research examines the role these programs play in fostering a healthier work environment, improving job satisfaction, and enhancing employee productivity. Data were collected through a Google Forms-based questionnaire, with 19 employees voluntarily participating in the study. The findings indicate that participation in sports and socio-cultural activities positively affects employee morale, teamwork, stress management, and communication. Furthermore, employees highlighted work-life balance, physical fitness, and socializing as key motivators for their engagement in these programs. The study also identified challenges, including the need for better time allocation, resources, and managerial involvement, which could enhance the effectiveness of future programs. Based on these insights, the research provides recommendations for improving the design and implementation of similar initiatives in government agencies, ensuring better employee engagement and well-being. Ultimately, this study emphasizes the value of non-work-related activities in fostering a holistic approach to employee welfare and organizational success.
