As we stand at the threshold of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the convergence of technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), Blockchain, and Digital Transformation is fundamentally reshaping industries and business practices. With over two decades of experience in managing technology projects and driving digital transformation, I have witnessed firsthand how these innovations have not only enhanced operational efficiency but also brought forth new challenges. This article explores the profound impact of these technologies on business models, discusses the critical role of project management in implementing them, and provides insights into future trends. Drawing from a rich career navigating through these changes, I aim to offer a perspective that aligns with both the technical and managerial challenges of today’s rapidly evolving landscape.
