Abstract

This research explores the recent Human Resources (HR) management trends within the Information Technology (IT) sector. The IT industry, known for its dynamic and rapidly evolving nature, presents unique challenges and opportunities for HR professionals. This study will examine key trends such as remote work, diversity and inclusion, employee well-being, upskilling and reskilling, and adopting advanced HR technologies like AI and data analytics. By analyzing these trends, the research will provide insights into how HR practices adapt to meet the demands of the modern IT workforce and propose strategies for organizations to enhance their HR functions effectively.
