This study examines the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the real estate sector in the United Arab Emirates, with a focus on the role of bank loans and real estate finance. The pandemic has led to a decline in the real estate market, affecting both the banking and real estate sectors. This research aims to investigate the issues faced by individuals and the real estate market, evaluate the role of banks in promoting the real estate industry, and determine the importance of bank loans in addressing people's problems and developing the UAE real estate market. The study will employ a quantitative research approach, using interviews to gather data. The findings will aid in formulating recommendations that benefit both the banking and real estate sectors.
