Abstract

This paper deals with application of the Modified Particle Swarm Optimization (MPSO) algorithm in the claim management system for assessing risks associated with construction claims in infrastructure projects represents a significant advancement in project management and risk mitigation. The MPSO algorithm, with its enhanced capabilities and adaptability, has demonstrated its efficacy in optimizing the assessment process, thereby improving the accuracy and efficiency of risk evaluation. The primary objective is to minimize the financial impact and time implications associated with the construction claim.
