Abstract

In an increasingly dynamic and competitive global landscape, media enterprises face significant challenges in market penetration and sustaining competitiveness. Advanced brand management strategies have emerged as critical tools for addressing these challenges, enabling media firms to differentiate themselves, build customer loyalty, and adapt to evolving consumer preferences. This paper explores innovative approaches to brand management within the media industry, focusing on strategies that enhance market penetration and competitive positioning.
