Abstract

The main objective of providing rehabilitation and care for those with special needs is to make society, in all of its forms, better psychologically and socially. As a result, it is important to create the right environment for this group of people in education and society by hiring them and integrating them into social life so that they can become a useful and charitable group. Operational, vocational, environmental, social, health, and human rights issues are just a few of the numerous challenges that persons with special needs face. Students with disabilities, including those with visual impairments, can access a wide variety of long-term career options or vocational training, but it is crucial to explicitly instruct them in career exploration, planning, and job skills so that their impairments do not unduly stand in their way. This study presents the findings of a research study of how educators apply and conduct functional assessment scales and how to prepare IEPs for pre- or post-vocational training for students with visual disabilities in functional skill classes.
