Omnichannel refers to a strategic approach that integrates various channels and touchpoints to deliver a seamless and consistent customer experience across multiple platforms. In today's digital age, where customers expect personalized interactions and convenient access to products and services, businesses must embrace omnichannel strategies to stay competitive. This abstract explores the concept of omnichannel, its significance in modern marketing, and its impact on customer engagement and loyalty. In this study the research has been conducted by distributing online questionnaire to 100 consumers of bluestone. The data has been gathered both primarily and secondary and the findings, conclusions have been drawn at the end of the report.
