Abstract

This study assessed the leadership preferences of police officers' stakeholders in understanding the leadership styles of Pangasinan's Commissioned Police Officers. The respondents for the interview and survey using stratified random selection techniques; were PNP stakeholders from Tayug and Urdaneta Pangasinan. Their responses were collated and submitted to content analysis to identify their ideal police leadership style. To better understand the leadership styles of Pangasinan's Commissioned Police Officers, this study analyzed the leadership preferences of police officers' stakeholders. PNP stakeholders from Tayug and Urdaneta Pangasinan have interviewed and surveyed using stratified random selection techniques. Their comments were compiled and subjected to content analysis to determine their preferred police leadership style. This study aimed to better understand the leadership styles of Pangasinan's Commissioned Police Officers by assessing the leadership preferences of police officers' stakeholders. PNP stakeholders from Tayug and Urdaneta Pangasinan have interviewed and surveyed using stratified random selection techniques.
