Abstract

This study makes a systematic effort to examine the problems lead to the natural disasters and the Covid19 pandemic in the tourism industry. 50 Samples were taken for the purpose of data collection. The scope of the study is limited to Kochi tourism. The study is focused on the impact of natural disasters and the Covid19 pandemic to the tour operators of Kochi tourism area. The study is expected to come out with a comprehensive strategy towards disaster preparation with the group involvement in disaster management activities. This study would be greatly helpful in the sustainable growth of the tourism industry and the rapid economic growth towards the remedy and reestablishment activities.
