This study aimed to develop an electrical load schedule template using Microsoft excel which produces faster and more precise results in generating Electrical load schedules. The research has come up with a template for establishment application using standards of the Philippine Electrical Code. In addition, this study will consider manual computations and compare them with the template calculation output that would address the effectiveness of the template. The medium that is used in creating the template is the software so called Microsoft excel. This software was chosen due to the fact that it is widely used and is best in storing data and can form calculations. To develop this template the researchers made an in-depth review with regards to the standards of the Philippine Electrical Code to gather all the necessary data. Then after all the data were gathered the template was programmed. The developed template is assessed by licensed electrical practitioners to know its effectiveness of the template. The data in the assessment showed that the developed template is recommendable to other electrical practitioners since the template can use practically and it can lessen the working time of the user. In addition, the researchers also concluded that this tool allows you to calculate the electrical load schedule, and display parallel computation results. Add-Ins (software extensions) give you more power and open up new possibilities
