The purpose of this research is to build a EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction) model by creating a Quality Management Accounting Information System. The measure of user satisfaction is measured based on the EUCS model. This study uses a quantitative descriptive survey approach, and the type of research is a descriptive verification survey – explanatory research, with a sample of novice users. Findings The results of the study explain that the quality of the management accounting information system, which is influenced by organizational commitment, has an impact on user satisfaction. The originality of this research is the existence of a useful novelty for the development of science, namely the EUCS model on the quality of management accounting information systems. Interestingly, this research is to reveal the problems of SOEs.
