The researcher reviewed research papers systematically, the majority of the papers reviewed show that gender, location, and school type all play an important role in career aspiration. The school environment provides a solid foundation for selecting a suitable interest and aptitude appropriate career. This is an urgent need to comprehend the complexities and significance of career planning and aspiration, because misaligned career operation can lead to other psychosocial issues such as depression, stress anxiety, and frustration in adolescents.
