Abstract

This paper discusses the hydrological disaster in an electrical engineering project using the conservation of electric charge and electric dipole to solve the problem of lightning strikes which can be caused by static electricity. The objective of conservation of electric charge and the electric dipole is the overall charge of this system is a pair of electric charges of two objects having same equal numbers of protons and electron within the two spheres but opposite sign separated by some typically small distance is called an electret.
