Abstract
Supply Chain is mainly concerned With what happens outside the company i.e obtaining materials from different resources and delivering products to the distributes and retailers while Operations Management concerned with what happens inside the company and focuses on the management of production processes within the supply chain system along with all the interrelated operational activities.
