Abstract

The goal of quality of work life current scenario is to identify and implement alternative programs to improve the quality of professional as well as personal life of an organization?s employees. Quality of work life provides opportunities of employees and organization. The success of any organization is highly dependent on how it attracts recruits, motivates, and retains its workforce. Today's organizations need to be more flexible so that they are equipped to develop their workforce and enjoy their commitment. The quality of work life current scenario approach considers people as an ?asset' to the organization rather than as ?costs'. It believes that people perform better when they are allowed to participate in managing their work and make decisions. This paper focus on quality of work life factors like Team work, boss factor, communication, influence.
