Abstract

In this investigation, the effects of magneto-hydrodynamics and heat generation have been discussed on unsteady natural convection flow in a Brinkman porous medium saturated fluid. Initially, the flow is described through time-dependent differential equations. These are converted into a set of coupled non-dimensional differential equations. Crank-Nicolson type scheme is employed to analyse the solution of the model. In order to analyse the usefulness of the investigation the dimensionless velocity, temperature and concentration have been presented for heat generation combination of flow governing parameters.
