Abstract

Project management plays a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of information systems projects. However, non-AI adopters' scheduling and resource allocation methods are often faced with challenges such as complexity, uncertainty, and dynamic changes. This study explores the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in project management to enhance project outcomes. By leveraging AI-powered scheduling and resource allocation tools, information systems projects can achieve greater efficiency, accuracy, and adaptability. The findings of this study highlight the significant impact of AI on improving project management practices in the context of information systems projects. This article discusses the implications of AI-powered solutions for project management and provides insights for practitioners and researchers on harnessing AI to optimize project performance and success.
